History
Hövelmann Logistik was founded in 1945 by Bernhard Hövelmann in Rees in North Rhine Westphalia and has developed into modern transport and logistic company.

- New construction of 8 warehouses with approx. 40,000 m² at the site in Hermsdorf; implementation of a new warehouse control system
2022
- New construction of 3 warehouses with approx. 14,500 m² at the location in Hermsdorf
2021
- New construction of 1 warehouse with approx. 3,800 m² (hall 8) at the location in Hermsdorf
2020
- New construction of two refrigerated halls up to 15 °C with 9,000 m² (halls 6+7) at the Hermsdorf site
2019
- New construction of three warehouses, approx. 13.500m² at the location in Hermsdorf
- Implementation of a new warehouse control system
- Acquisition of a further 10.5 ha in Hermsdorf
2018
- Commissioning of the warehouse extension by 11,500 m² in Haldensleben
2017
- Acquisition of a 10.5 ha large property in Hermsdorf (near Magdeburg)
- New construction of two warehouses, 7,500 m² in Haldensleben
- Commissioning of a new company-wide freight forwarding software
2016
- Commissioning of a warehouse (4,500 m²) in Rees, designed to meet the needs of a customer
- Commissioning of the warehouse extension by 9,000 m² in Haldensleben
- Recruitment of a total of 14 new trainees in the group
- Commissioning of the warehouse extension by 4,500 m² in Gutenborn

- Introduction of pick-by-voice system in Haldensleben
- Workshop expansion in Haldensleben
- 70 year company anniversary and 25 year anniversary at the Haldensleben site

- Expansion of warehouse in Haldensleben with a UPC shuttle warehouse (capacity: 7 400 pallet spaces)

- Extension of workshop in Haldensleben
2008
- Extension of head office in Rees by 6.000 sqm warehousing space including hall scanning and packaging plant
- Building of a new workshop and filling station in Osterweddingen (focus: automotive construction)
2007
- Building of a new 6 500 sqm warehouse in Haldensleben including hall scanning
- Founding of the company Brandlog with five other freight forwarding partners

- Building of a new logistics wareshouse in Gutenborn – Drossdorf
- Entry into the jumbo business
