This technology completely replaces paper picking with paperless picking. Compared to conventional picking solutions, Pick-by-Voice offers the significant advantage that the work steps in the picking process are reduced. The picker hears the picking instructions via headphones and confirms his work step by speaking into the microphone. Communication with the voice system takes place via a small mobile computer that the employee carries in a pocket on their belt. Standard PDAs are used as mobile devices.
